How to contact us

Support is handled entirely by email. We do not operate a phone line. Email gives us a written record of your request, lets us look up your order and the relevant batch lab report before replying, and means nothing important gets lost. Please write to us at:

We aim to respond to every message within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Danish public holidays). During busy periods or around holidays it may take a little longer; if so, we appreciate your patience and will still get back to you in turn.

A note on payment-related questions

MERIDIAN currently accepts cryptocurrency payments only (via NOWPayments — Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Monero and 300+ coins). There are no card or PayPal options. Your order is confirmed once your payment is confirmed on-chain. If you have a question about a pending or unconfirmed invoice, please email us with your order number and, if possible, the transaction ID (TXID) so we can check the status for you.

We are based in Denmark and ship internationally. As an EU-based trader, your purchase is covered by applicable EU consumer protection law and Danish law. Where required, prices on this website are shown in USD; taxes and duties may apply depending on your delivery destination and are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Complaints and dispute resolution

If something has gone wrong, we want to put it right. Please first contact us directly at support@meridian-supplements.com with the word “Complaint” in the subject line and a clear description of the problem, your order number, and the outcome you are seeking. We take all complaints seriously and will acknowledge your message and work with you toward a fair resolution.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you have the right to refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution body. As a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The ODR platform connects consumers and traders with approved dispute resolution providers and can be used for disputes arising from online purchases. Please note we are not obliged to and may decline to participate in proceedings before a specific consumer dispute resolution body; we will always aim to resolve issues with you directly first.

Privacy and your data

When you contact us, we process the personal data you provide (such as your name, email address, and order details) only to handle your request, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy. We do not use your contact details for marketing without your consent. You can ask us about the data we hold by emailing support@meridian-supplements.com.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and nothing on this website or in our correspondence is medical advice. Where products are described as research-grade (including peptides), it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure lawful purchase, possession, and use in their own jurisdiction.
