Terms of Service & Sale
These Terms of Service and Sale ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MERIDIAN ◆ website and your purchase of products from us. By browsing this store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order. These Terms are a legal agreement between you and [Your registered company name] ("MERIDIAN", "we", "us", "our").
Last updated: 26 June 2026.

- VAT/registration number: [Your VAT / CVR number]

2. Acceptance of these Terms
By using the site or placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated here by reference. We may ask you to actively confirm your acceptance at checkout. If you are ordering on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
3. Eligibility (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to purchase from MERIDIAN. By placing an order you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We may refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe this requirement is not met.
4. Products, availability and information
We sell dietary supplements and research-grade peptides. We work to describe and picture our products accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, labels, or other content are entirely error-free, complete, or current. Colours, packaging, and label details may vary.
- Verification promise: our products are third-party lab tested, and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) is maintained per batch. COA references reflect the tested batch and may be updated as new batches are produced.
- Availability: all products are offered subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct stock information at any time without liability.
- Not medical advice: nothing on this site is medical advice. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by any medicines or food-safety authority. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or take medication.
- Peptides: peptide products are supplied as research-grade materials. You are solely responsible for determining and ensuring the lawful purchase, import, possession, and use of these products in your jurisdiction and for using them only for lawful purposes. We make no representation that any peptide is approved for human or animal consumption, and nothing we provide is medical, veterinary, or professional advice.
5. Pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change at any time before you place an order. We try to ensure prices are accurate, but if we discover a clear pricing error after you order, we may cancel the order and refund any payment received (see crypto refund note in section 6). Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude shipping and any taxes, duties, or import charges, which are described below or shown at checkout.
- Shipping: free standard shipping applies on orders over $75 USD; otherwise shipping is calculated and shown at checkout.
- Taxes and duties: depending on your location, VAT, customs duties, or import taxes may apply and are generally your responsibility as importer. You are responsible for compliance with the import rules of your country.
6. Payment — cryptocurrency only (via NOWPayments)
MERIDIAN currently accepts cryptocurrency payments only. We do not accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, or bank transfers. Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider, NOWPayments, which supports Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Monero (XMR), and 300+ other coins.
How crypto payment and on-chain confirmation works
- At checkout you are issued a payment invoice showing the crypto amount due and a wallet/payment address, typically valid for a limited time window and a fixed exchange rate.
- You send the exact amount from your own wallet. The order total is denominated in USD and converted to the chosen coin at the rate quoted by NOWPayments at the time of the invoice.
- Your payment is not complete until it is confirmed on the relevant blockchain ("on-chain"). Confirmation can take from minutes to longer depending on network conditions and the coin used.
- Your order is confirmed and accepted by us only once the on-chain payment is confirmed as received and matched to your invoice. Until then, no order acceptance or contract of sale is formed.
- Send the correct coin and exact amount. Underpayments, overpayments, payments sent after the invoice expires, payments on the wrong network, or transactions lost due to incorrect details may not be credited, may be delayed, or may require manual handling, and recovery is not always possible.
- Refunds in crypto: where a refund is due, it is generally returned in cryptocurrency to a wallet address you provide. Because of crypto price volatility, the value refunded in fiat terms may differ from what you originally paid. Network/transaction fees may be deducted. See our Refund Policy for details.
Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible. We are not responsible for losses caused by wallet errors, network issues, or the conduct of the payment provider or any blockchain network. Your use of NOWPayments is also subject to its own terms.
7. Order acceptance, formation and cancellation
Your submission of an order is an offer to buy. Our display of products is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. A binding contract of sale is formed only when your on-chain payment is confirmed and we send (or otherwise communicate) an order confirmation. We may, at our discretion and to the extent permitted by law, decline or cancel an order — for example where a product is unavailable, where there is a pricing or description error, where we suspect fraud or unlawful use, where age or eligibility cannot be confirmed, or where shipping to your location is restricted. If we cancel a paid order, we will arrange a refund as described above and in our Refund Policy.
8. Shipping, title and risk of loss
We ship internationally. Estimated dispatch and delivery times are indicative only and not guaranteed. You are the importer of record for international shipments and are responsible for ensuring the products may lawfully be imported into and used in your country, and for any customs duties or taxes.
- Risk of loss: risk transfers in accordance with applicable law. For consumers in the EU, risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or a carrier you appointed that was not offered by us) take physical possession of the goods.
- Title: ownership of the products passes to you once we have received full payment.
9. EU right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party you indicated, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods (or the last item, for split deliveries). To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, an email to support@meridian-supplements.com) before the period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form but are not required to. If you withdraw in time, we will reimburse the payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed, though we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return.
Important exception for sealed health/hygiene goods
Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods, including sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed (opened) after delivery. Many of our supplement and peptide products are supplied sealed for safety and hygiene; once the seal is broken, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies to that item. Unopened, sealed items in their original condition may still be withdrawn within the 14-day period as described above. This does not affect your separate legal rights regarding faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described goods.
10. 60-day satisfaction guarantee (separate from your legal rights)
In addition to your statutory rights, MERIDIAN offers a voluntary 60-day satisfaction guarantee. This is a commercial promise we make on top of — and not in place of — your mandatory consumer rights under EU and Danish law, including the statutory rights of withdrawal and of remedy for non-conforming goods. The specific scope, conditions, and process of the guarantee (including how refunds are handled in crypto) are set out in our Refund Policy. Where the guarantee and your statutory rights overlap, the option more favourable to you as a consumer applies.
11. Returns and refunds (summary)
For full details on how to start a return, eligibility conditions, the 60-day guarantee, faulty/incorrect items, and how crypto refunds are paid, please see our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: contact us at support@meridian-supplements.com to begin a return, do not destroy the product, keep the original packaging where possible, and follow the instructions we provide.
12. Acceptable use of the site
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or security, scrape or copy content unlawfully, or use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, other than those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Any general information about ingredients, usage, or wellness is for educational purposes only, is not medical advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for professional guidance. Nothing here is a claim that any product treats, cures, prevents, or diagnoses any disease or condition. Statutory consumer guarantees and any mandatory rights you have as a consumer are not affected by this section.
14. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your mandatory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data, or goodwill, and our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for the products giving rise to the claim. You remain solely responsible for the lawful and appropriate use of any product you purchase, including all peptides.
15. Intellectual property
The MERIDIAN name and wordmark (MERIDIAN ◆), logos, text, graphics, product photography, page layouts, and other content on this site are owned by or licensed to [Your registered company name] and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the site without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
16. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the laws of Denmark and applicable EU law. The courts of Denmark shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence that grant you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts and to the protection of the mandatory laws of your home country.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Please contact us first at support@meridian-supplements.com so we can try to resolve any issue directly and amicably. If you are a consumer in Denmark or the EU and we cannot resolve it together, you may refer the matter to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Center for Klageløsning / Forbrugerklagenævnet (Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark — naevneneshus.dk). Note: the European Commission closed its Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform on 20 July 2025, so it is no longer available.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, products, payment methods, or the law. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. We will post the updated Terms here with a revised "Last updated" date; material changes may be communicated more prominently. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the site and your purchases.
