Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how MERIDIAN ◆ prepares, dispatches, and delivers your order. Because MERIDIAN currently accepts payment only in cryptocurrency, the timeline below begins once your crypto payment is confirmed on-chain. Please read this policy together with our Terms of Service, Returns & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. If anything is unclear, contact us at support@meridian-supplements.com.

Order processing time

When you check out, you are issued a cryptocurrency invoice through our payment processor, NOWPayments. Order processing does not begin when you place the order — it begins only after your crypto payment is confirmed on-chain. Until the required number of network confirmations is reached for the coin you used (for example, Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Monero, or another supported coin), your order is treated as pending and is not prepared for dispatch.

Where we ship

MERIDIAN is based in Aalborg, Denmark (EU) and ships internationally to most countries. At checkout you will see whether we can ship to your destination. Delivery to some regions may be unavailable or restricted due to carrier coverage, local regulations, or product-specific rules (see Restricted products and destinations below).

Carriers and estimated delivery windows

We dispatch through established postal and courier services (which may include national postal operators and international couriers), selecting the carrier based on your destination and the items ordered. The estimates below are transit estimates only — they are measured after dispatch and are not guaranteed delivery dates. They exclude the order processing time above and any time held in customs.

Actual times depend on the carrier, customs clearance, weather, peak seasons, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping costs and free shipping

Customs duties, import taxes and VAT

For shipments crossing a customs border, any import duties, customs fees, VAT, or other charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer (the recipient) and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are set and collected by your local authorities or the carrier, not by MERIDIAN, and may need to be paid before the carrier releases your parcel. If a parcel is refused, abandoned, or returned because the recipient did not pay required import charges, any return shipping or destruction costs may be deducted from a refund where permitted. EU customers should note that destination-specific tax treatment may apply.

Tracking your order

Where the chosen service provides it, you will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please allow time for the first scan to appear after dispatch. If you have created an account or provided a contact email, tracking details will be sent there. For tracking questions, contact support@meridian-supplements.com with your order reference.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before confirming payment. MERIDIAN is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong place because of an incomplete or inaccurate address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact support@meridian-supplements.com as soon as possible — we will try to correct it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address, an unclaimed parcel, or a failed delivery may incur a re-shipping charge.

Restricted products and destinations

Some products — including certain peptides and research-grade items — may not be shippable to every country, or may be subject to import restrictions, licensing requirements, or outright prohibition in your jurisdiction. It is the customer's responsibility to know and comply with the laws and import rules of their own country before ordering. Research-grade peptides are supplied as described in their listings; the customer is solely responsible for lawful use, handling, and import in their jurisdiction, and nothing in this policy or those listings is medical advice. We may decline, cancel, or refund an order, or refuse to ship a particular item to a particular destination, where we believe shipment would be unlawful or restricted. Where a parcel is seized, refused, or returned by customs because import was not permitted, MERIDIAN is not liable for the loss beyond any refund required by law.
