Below are answers to the questions we hear most often about ordering from MERIDIAN, how our products are tested, how payment works, and how we ship. Is this safe and legal to buy?

We are a Denmark-based (EU) retailer and we sell our dietary supplements lawfully where we operate. That said, rules differ from country to country, and the legal status and import requirements for some products and ingredients vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming that a given product can be lawfully purchased, imported, and used where you live before you order. Our products are intended for use as described on their labels and are not a substitute for a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle. If you are unsure whether a product is appropriate for you, speak with a healthcare professional.

How is each batch tested?

Our promise is supplements you can actually verify. Every batch is sent to an independent, third-party laboratory, and we publish a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for that batch. The COA documents what the lab measured for the specific lot you receive.

If you would like the COA for a particular batch and cannot find it, email support@meridian-supplements.com with your batch number and we will provide it.

How do I find the right dosage?

Use the directions printed on the product label as your starting point, and do not exceed the stated amount. Appropriate use can depend on your individual circumstances, so we strongly recommend discussing dosage with a qualified healthcare professional, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, taking prescription medication, or have an existing health condition. We cannot provide individualised dosing or medical guidance, and nothing on our site should be taken as such.

When will I notice a difference?

Everyone is different, and we make no claims about specific results or timeframes. Dietary supplements are intended to support your normal diet and lifestyle, not to treat, cure, prevent, or diagnose any condition. How a product fits into your routine, and what you experience, will vary from person to person. If you have expectations tied to a specific health outcome, please consult a healthcare professional.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact support@meridian-supplements.com within 60 days of delivery to arrange a return or refund under the terms of the guarantee.

In addition, because we are based in the EU, consumers in the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on most online purchases under EU consumer law, separate from and on top of our voluntary guarantee. Certain sealed health and hygiene products may be excluded from the statutory withdrawal right once unsealed, for safety and hygiene reasons. Do you accept credit cards, or only crypto?

At this time we accept cryptocurrency only. We do not currently offer credit card, debit card, or PayPal payment. All orders are paid by crypto invoice through our payment processor, NOWPayments. If card payment becomes available in the future, we will say so on this page.

How do crypto payments work and which coins can I use?

It is straightforward, even if you are new to crypto:

We support Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Monero (XMR), and 300+ other coins via NOWPayments. Prices are displayed in USD and converted to your chosen coin at checkout. Please send the full amount and use the correct network for your coin — sending the wrong asset or on the wrong network can result in lost funds that we cannot recover. If a payment underpays, overpays, or arrives late, contact support@meridian-supplements.com and we will work with you to resolve it.

Is my payment private?

Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments rather than a bank or card network. Most public blockchains (such as Bitcoin and Ethereum) are transparent ledgers, not anonymous — transactions are publicly visible and can potentially be analysed, so do not assume a blockchain payment is private by default. Privacy-focused coins such as Monero are designed differently. Separately, to ship your order and meet our legal and accounting obligations we still collect the personal data we need (for example your delivery address and contact details). How long does shipping take and where do you ship?

We ship internationally from Denmark. Shipping is free on orders over $75; below that, a shipping fee is calculated at checkout. Orders are dispatched once your crypto payment is confirmed on-chain. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier, and international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by your local authorities, which are your responsibility and are not included in our prices. Some products may not be available for shipment to every country — see the previous question about legality. Are peptides safe and legal?

Our peptides are sold as research-grade materials. Their legal status and permitted uses differ significantly from country to country, and in many places they are restricted. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any peptide you order is lawful to purchase, import, possess, and use in your jurisdiction, and for using it only in a lawful manner. We make no medical claims about peptides — nothing we provide states or implies that any peptide treats, cures, prevents, or diagnoses any condition, and none of it is medical advice.
