At MERIDIAN we want you to feel confident in every order. This page explains how returns and refunds work, how our 60-day satisfaction guarantee sits alongside your statutory EU 14-day right of withdrawal, the condition products must be in, and how refunds are handled when you have paid in cryptocurrency. Please read it carefully, as it forms part of our terms of sale. If anything is unclear, contact us at support@meridian-supplements.com before returning an item.

Our 60-day satisfaction guarantee
We stand behind the quality of what we sell. If you are not satisfied with an eligible product, you may request a return within 60 days of the delivery date under this guarantee. This is a commercial promise offered voluntarily by MERIDIAN and is in addition to your legal rights described below — it does not limit or replace them.
This guarantee covers your general satisfaction with eligible products. It does not extend to items that are excluded from return for health and safety reasons (see Non-returnable items below) unless those items are faulty, damaged, or were sent in error.
Condition requirements
Because we sell consumable health products, hygiene and safety set the rules for what can come back:
- Sealed and unopened. Consumable supplements and peptides must be returned with all factory seals intact, unopened and unused, in their original packaging. We cannot accept opened or used consumables back into stock.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are the exception. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, you are entitled to a remedy whether or not the seal is intact — see the section below.
Your EU 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive as implemented in Danish law. The 14-day period starts on the day you (or a third party you nominate) take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, send a clear statement of your decision to withdraw to support@meridian-supplements.com before the 14 days expire. You may use a model withdrawal form, but it is not required — a plain email is enough. You must then return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing.
Important limit on the right of withdrawal
Under EU and Danish law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery. This means that if you open or break the seal on a supplement or peptide, you lose the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for that item. Unopened, sealed items can still be returned within the 14-day window.
How the guarantee and the 14-day right work together
These two are separate and you always get the more favourable outcome:
- The 14-day right of withdrawal is your legal entitlement and cannot be reduced by our policies.
- The 60-day satisfaction guarantee is an extra, voluntary window we offer on eligible products.
- If you withdraw within 14 days under your statutory right, statutory rules on refunds and shipping apply. If you return between day 15 and day 60, our guarantee terms apply.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged in transit, is defective, or contains the wrong item, please contact support@meridian-supplements.com within a reasonable time of discovering the problem, ideally within 7 days of delivery, and include your order number and clear photos. For these cases:
- We cover the cost of return shipping.
- You may choose a replacement (where available) or a refund.
- Your statutory rights regarding non-conforming goods under EU and Danish law are unaffected by this policy.
How to start a return
Please always contact us first — do not ship items back without authorisation, as unannounced returns may not be processed.
- Email support@meridian-supplements.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason (satisfaction guarantee, 14-day withdrawal, or faulty/incorrect item).
- We will confirm whether the item is eligible and send you return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with seals intact (except for faulty/incorrect items) and include any reference we provide.
- Keep your proof of postage and, where sensible, use a tracked service — you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.
Who pays return shipping
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: MERIDIAN pays return shipping.
- 14-day right of withdrawal: unless we state otherwise, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods, as permitted under EU law.
- 60-day satisfaction guarantee: return shipping is generally at your expense unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Original outbound shipping costs are refundable as required by your statutory withdrawal right; for voluntary guarantee returns, outbound shipping may be non-refundable.
Refunds: how and when
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the conditions above, we will process your refund without undue delay. For statutory withdrawals, we issue refunds within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof that you have sent them), in line with EU law. We may withhold a refund until the goods are received or proof of return is provided.
Refunds may be reduced to reflect any diminished value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics, as allowed under EU consumer law.
Crypto payments and how refunds are paid
MERIDIAN currently accepts payment only in cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Monero and 300+ coins via our payment processor). Because of this, we cannot reverse a card or bank transaction. Instead, eligible refunds are issued in one of two ways, your choice:
- Store credit — a credit to your MERIDIAN account equal to the original purchase amount in USD, usable on a future order.
- Crypto to a wallet you provide — we send the refund as cryptocurrency to a wallet address you supply, valued at the original purchase amount in USD.
Please read: crypto price volatility
This is important and irreversible, so we want it stated plainly. Refunds are calculated on the USD value you originally paid, not the number of coins. Cryptocurrency prices move constantly, so:
- The amount of crypto you receive back may be more or less than the amount of crypto you originally sent, even though the USD value matches your original payment.
- Network (gas/miner) fees may apply to the refund transaction and may be deducted from the amount sent.
- You are responsible for giving us a correct wallet address on the correct network. Crypto transactions cannot be reversed — funds sent to a wrong or incompatible address are unrecoverable, and we cannot replace them.
- We are not responsible for losses caused by exchange-rate movements between the time of purchase and the time of refund.
If you would rather avoid exchange-rate uncertainty entirely, choosing store credit preserves the full original USD value.
Non-returnable items
For health, safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded (unless they are faulty, damaged on arrival, or sent in error):
- Supplements, peptides and any other consumable products that have been opened, unsealed or used.
- Items returned without their original packaging or with broken tamper-evident seals.
- Products returned outside the applicable return window (after the 14-day statutory period, where it applies, and after the 60-day guarantee period).
- Gift cards, store credit and any items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Free gifts, samples or promotional items unless faulty.
A note on peptides and research-grade products
Certain products are supplied as research-grade materials. You are responsible for ensuring your purchase, possession and use are lawful in your own jurisdiction. The same return conditions apply, and for hygiene and safety reasons these items cannot be accepted back once opened or unsealed unless faulty.

Statutory withdrawals — full reimbursement (crypto)
To remove any doubt: when you exercise the statutory EU 14-day right of withdrawal, we reimburse the full amount you paid (the original purchase price at its USD value, including the standard outbound delivery cost), without deducting cryptocurrency network/transaction (“gas”) fees and without forcing store credit. Any gas-fee deduction or store-credit option mentioned above applies only to our voluntary 60-day satisfaction guarantee — never to your statutory withdrawal right.
